Once the bluprints are approved and a building permit is issued, we can begin construction. Your site coordinator will inform you of the construction schedule and target completion date. He or she will also schedule site visits so you can review completed phases, including the foundation, framing, mechanicals and kitchen layouts. You'll meet with the electrician to locate phone and cable outlets, and discuss optional features. As your home nears completion, your site coordinator will schedule a pre-closing inspection and home buyer orientation. |
