At the first pre-construction meeting, you'll review the blue prints and walk the lot with the project manager and site coordinator for your home. The project manager oversees the day-to-day construction of homes in your neighborhood. The site coordinator is your primary contact person and serves as a liason between you and the builder. He or she meets with the project manager and the president of the company on a regular basis and will get answers to your questions, convey important information, and update you on progress throughout the home building process. |
