After
you've decided on a neighborhood
and house model, you
can customize your home to fit your needs. You'll work
directly with the builder to review the floorplan, plus design
and select the special features that will make your house
a home. Our kitchen designer will help you customize your
kitchen, plus select counter tops and cabinets. You'll also
meet with the appliance design team. Once your design is complete,
final paperwork will be generated and you'll meet with us
at our design center to finalize colors and review the blueprints.
